"Eight eggs hurriedly hatching....."
Well it's not often this happens but I actually have an image that I did earlier this year that I felt fit perfectly. It is a draft for an idea I was working on. But I've been side tracked and haven't worked on it for a while, perhaps after Christmas I'll get stuck back into this one, so many art ideas so little time.

I remember this one - it's a fun illustration. You SHOULD work on it next year! Lovely pendants too. The Japanese paper work so well. xxx
Oh Nicola, they're lovely, such movement! I imagine the one with legs running around bumping into things all over the place!x
Hi Nicola! Great entry for IF. I wish we all had that extra time for art ideas. My list keeps getting longer. Thanks so much for your sweet visit as always! And to answer your question: Yes, I printed the design directly onto fabric for this one. I also agree with you with blogging making a difference. My creative journey has been more magical since I started my blog.
Have a wonderful week!
Hugs,
Lisa :)
This is so lovely, the colors and the energy! Clever idea for the holidays!
Thank you for your nice words on my blog.
This painting is so funny - great!
Your works are beautiful, I wish you a lot of time for your pretty art.
So great, Nicola!! I love how playful it is! And the pendants are, indeed, beautiful!
Thanks for the nice compliments on my work. That is so neat that you lived in the same town where Dylan Thomas lived. His writing is so wonderful. My family watches A Child's Christmas in Wales (film) every year; it's my favorite. The wording is so lovely. Beautiful pendants by the way! ^_^
This is Very Fun! Good JOb :) The little chick with the eggshell on its head makes me giggle :) Teehee
I love that cute little chick in the bottom left corner with the egg shell on its head!
My goodness gracious, Nicola. You have been so super busy! I love your blog..it's such a treat for me to see everything you've been up to. This is such a fun "hatch" batch of little eggs. Very creative! I just don't know how you do it! Have you started your etsy shop yet? I am to purchase the geisha pendant, so I hope you've saved it for me. : ) I am grateful for your visits!
